About Mehtab

Mehtab began his yoga career in 1973. He has trained thousands of yoga teachers, owned five yoga studios, and led a yoga ashram with his wife in Austin, Texas. He is the originator and author of Gong Yoga (also Yoga del Gong), Gong Therapy and Teaching Gong Yoga and has mentored students, therapists, and sound healers in 20 countries to play and use the gong therapeutically.  A life-long astrologer, Mehtab is the author of Astrology Yoga and has provided Vedic astrology consultations for 25 years.
