• Review your background, goals, and current gong experience

• Discuss the gongs you own or plan to purchase

• Outline your next steps and receive a personalized assignment

• Begin designing your daily practice and playing focus

Session Two: Feedback & Refinement (~60 minutes)

• Review your submitted practice session

• Receive feedback and playing technique refinements

• Explore environments and populations to serve with the Gong

• Receive suggested playing sequences and a follow-up assignment

Session Three: Integration & Expansion (~75 minutes)

• Evaluate progress and identify growth areas

• Explore options for deepening your practice or profession

• Create a 6–12 month plan for continuing your development

• Clarify how to share your gifts with greater confidence and purpose
