Come join your Kundalini community of friends, students and teachers as we experience of weekend of deep meditation, gong relaxation, gourmet vegetarian meals, and fun!

This retreat is an opportunity to encounter, balance and master your Positive Mind, the aspect of our ourselves that allow us to recognize and create opportunities for our prosperity, our relationships, and the work in our life.

We will practice all 12 Positive Mind meditations from the book by Yogi Bhajan, The Mind over the weekend, as well as kriyas and early morning sadhana, to supercharge our body, mind and spirit.

And … a special edition of Kundalini Jeopardy Saturday night!
