I am so grateful I took your Gong Yoga Nidra Training. My classes are going very well. I can’t believe how deeply rested individuals become. My friend had a Fitbit on during the class that said she slept for 1 hour and 9 minutes. She did not go to sleep, but her vital signs (blood pressure, heart rate and respiratory rate) slowed down to make the application think she was sleeping!

Come be certified in the practice and teaching of Gong Yoga Nidra with Mehtab and Laura at an incredible oceanside retreat center in Chacala, Mexico!
This is a complete course in Gong Yoga Nidra that leads to certification. Working with other students in the course, you will create and deliver a gong yoga nidra session by the end of our week together.
The course includes the Gong Yoga Nidra manual created by Mehtab and Laura and a Certificate of Completion in Gong Yoga Nidra.
Classes are after lunch and mornings are free for beach adventures, yoga, excursions to natural and sacred sites, whale watching, bodywork, or simply swimming in the warm protected waters of Chacala Bay.
