This program provides international certification and recognition as a 200-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT).
This authorized course is licensed by the international Kundalini Research Institute (KRI) and fulfills the requirements to become a certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher.
The course is open to anyone who wishes to become a yoga teacher or to simply go deeper in their own practice and experience of Kundalini Yoga.
Completion of the course includes a one-year membership in the International Kundalini Yoga Teachers Association (IKYTA) and a diploma certificate from KRI that authorizes you as a Kundalini yoga teacher.

Mehtab began his studies in 1973 in San Rafael California where he used the techniques of Kundalini Yoga in the ashram’s drug rehabilitation program and later attended the first yoga teacher training course, the Master’s Touch, in the 1990s. He is a KRI Lead Trainer who has trained hundreds of Kundalini Yoga teachers in Level 1 and Level 2 courses across the United States over the last 20 years. He received the Kundalini Yoga Teacher of the Year Award as well as the International Kundalini Yoga Teachers’ Association award for “Building Yoga Communities.”
Guru Karam (Laura) has been a yoga practitioner for over 35 years and holds a Masters Degree in Nursing from the University of Texas at Austin. As one of the first certified Kundalini Yoga Teachers, she has served as a teacher training course facilitator in the Master’s Touch program and has served as a lead teacher in teacher training courses since 1997 at both Level I and Level II in Kundalini Yoga and Hatha Yoga. In addition to her Kundalini Yoga certification, Guru Karam also has certification and advanced training in Integrative Hatha Yoga Therapy, teacher training in Ashtanga Yoga and is a 500 hour Registered Yoga Teacher. She brings a lively sense of humor to the profoundly transformative practice of Kundalini Yoga with a focus on ease and precision in postures and the breath.
Siri Bahadur began teaching Kundalini Yoga in the 1970s when he was in residence at the Dallas Kundalini Yoga ashram. He is a graduate of the first Kundalini Yoga Masters Touch teacher training program and has been teaching in Austin for over 25 years. He brings music to his classes with his original guitar compositions and through the sound of the gong. He believes that yoga allows students to define and redefine themselves as they travel their life path of realizing and fulfilling their destiny.
