The Aquarian Teacher™ KRI Level Two Teacher training program Lifecycles & Lifestyles in Austin, Texas is sponsored by the Yoga Yoga studios and led by Mehtab Benton, the founder of Yoga Yoga.
Lifecycles & Lifestyles is a 60-hour course with classroom hours and independent study. It is an in-depth transformational learning and teaching experience with a well-designed curriculum, manual, and support materials. Lifecycles & Lifestyles is one of the five modules required for Level 2 certification as a Kundalini Yoga Practitioner.
