While every Kundalini yoga student has practiced Sat Kriya, few know its many facets, benefits, and variations.
In this workshop with Mehtab and Laura (Guru Karam), you will learn the best ways to get all the benefits that Sat Kriya has to offer as well as valuable hints to improve your comfort and expertise.
You’ll learn about the different four practice stages for Sat Kriya, from beginner to advanced, and how to move from stage to stage gracefully at your own pace.
You will also experience a rarely taught sequence of Sat Kriya postures for each of the seven chakras, as well as kriyas that use Sat Kriya for specific therapeutic purposes.
We will explore the many variations, benefits, and modifications of Sat Kriya, as well as the secrets behind the techniques, and how you can unlock its powers.
