Kundalini Level Two Teacher Training

The Aquarian Teacher™ KRI Level Two Teacher Training Program for certification consists of five (5) modules which may be taken in any order and over a period of time at your convenience and at any location of your choice.

Each module consists of fifty hours of classroom time and twelve hours of home study assignments to be completed after the classroom segment. The modules are offered over a 6-day period.

The completion of all five modules leads to recognition as a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-500) through Yoga Alliance and certification as a Kundalini Yoga Practitioner by the Kundalini Research Institute (KRI).

The Kundalini Yoga Level 2 training program is for Kundalini yoga teachers who have completed Level 1 certification. If you wish to attend these trainings and are uncertain about your qualification, please contact us.

Conscious Communication


Conscious communication is the creation of instantaneous resonance with the other person that simultaneously acknowledges them and their reality, and expresses our true self. Our words communicate, and yet they are surrounded by a host of energies that also communicate. Our gestures and tones communicate. Our presence communicates. Our aura communicates. Each one possesses the potential of a newly planted seed.

In this transformational KRI Level Two Certification program in Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan®, we will explore the following themes of Conscious Communication:

  • Meditative & Intuitive Speaking
  • The Art of Deep Listening
  • Mastery of the Fifth Chakra & Applied Consciousness
  • Shadow & Light: Letting Your Presence Speak
  • Communicating with the Infinite: Prayer, Grace & the Flow of Spirit

Conscious Communication is a 60-hour course with classroom hours and independent study. It is an in-depth transformational learning and teaching experience with a well-designed curriculum, manual, and support materials. Conscious Communication is one of the five modules required for Level 2 certification as a Kundalini Yoga Practitioner.

Mind & Meditation


Mind and Meditation explores how your mind works in relationship to yourself and others. You will learn to integrate fundamental concepts about the nature and dynamics of the mind into your life. Perhaps most important of all, you will deepen your meditative practice.

In this transformational training, we will explore the following themes of Mind and Meditation:

  • The nature of the Mind and How It Works
  • How to utilize the positive qualities of the three minds
  • How to direct the mind to give you a greater capacity for happiness
  • Recognizing and working with the 81 facets of the mind
  • Selecting a meditation based upon your strengths and challenges
  • Advanced meditation techniques and practices
  • Developing a successful and rewarding meditation practice

The course emphasizes carefully chosen meditations, kriyas, and readings. All the information is presented in highly interactive learning environments. You will explore topics and discuss them with other students in both small and large groups. You will have the opportunity to practice meditations deeply over an extended time. You will test and observe the application of these techniques and attitudes in your life.

In this transformational Kundalini Yoga Level 2 Training course, you will:

This Level 2 course focuses on developing the core skill for the coming age – the ability to recognize stress in others and ourselves and to develop the tools to transform it and balance it with conscious relaxation.   In this training you will:
