About Authentic Relationships Training

Develop your emotional intelligence and deepen your capacity to connect authentically. Life is made up of relationships, whether it is with yourself, your loved ones, social interactions, the environment or with the Divine, learning to sustain conscious and authentic relationships, leads to a happy and successful life.

In Level Two Authentic Relationships, you will explore how to build meaningful connections, embrace self-love, and nurture conscious relationships with clarity and awareness.

Program Structure

Program is divided in 2 Sessions. 6 days. Total 62 hours training.

Session 1: October 10, 11, and 12
This session will be available in person at Fresh Prana Yoga Miami with Mehtab and Laura teaching remotely on Zoom, with Chris and Fresh Prana Team providing all technical and academic support. 100% online option is available. Vegetarian light lunch is provided.

Session 2: October 24, 25, and 26
This session will be available in person at Fresh Prana Yoga Miami with Chris Maanas teaching in person and with Mehtab supporting remotely on Zoom, also Fresh Prana Team providing all technical and academic support. Vegetarian light lunch is provided.

Program Information

The course is a 62-hour program, of which fifty hours are classroom time and twelve hours are part of home study assignments and activities to be completed after the classroom segment. Participants are required to attend all classes, pass the exam and complete the home study requirements which span the 90-day period after the course.

Who is this training for?

For Kundalini Yoga Teachers

The completion of all five Level 2 modules (After completing the Level 1 – 200 RYT-200) leads to recognition as a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-500) through Yoga Alliance and certification as a Kundalini Yoga Practitioner by the Kundalini Research Institute (KRI).

For Yoga Students, Therapists and Healers

This in-depth program is open to everyone familiar with the practices of Kundalini Yoga. You will enhance the quality of your relationships with yogic tools so you can discover new ways of relating to yourself and others.
