Day 1 – Advanced Gong Playing Techniques
Day 2 – Therapeutic Applications of Gong Playing
Day 3 – Using the Gong for Meditation, Yoga and Relaxation
Intermediate and advanced gong playing techniques, using mallets to expand your playing experience, and how to use the gong more effectively for healing, yoga, and relaxation. Learning and sharing with each other in a community of Gong players.
In this hands-on course you will have the opportunity to practice and play many gongs with individual attention from Mehtab and Laura Benton, international gong trainers with 25 years of teaching experience.

Sound healers, yoga students, teachers, therapists, and gong players who wish to play the Gong for healing and transformation in their lives and professions
In this 20-hour course you will learn…
– Using the 3 Components of Gong playing with multiple mallets
– Playing the Gong with other sound healers
– Advanced playing techniques to create healing and transformation
– Selecting Gongs, mallets, and equipment for a professional
presentation
– Developing a personal practice to improve your Gong playing
– Exploring your intuitive playing abilities
– Creating structures for gong playing sessions
– Using gong maps for working with the chakras, energy channels, and
the 4 basic energies of the Psyche
