Conscious Communication is a comprehensive course with both classroom hours and independent study.
Upon completing this course, you will:
Know how to use conscious communication to be an effective listener, speaker and presenter
Practice harmonious communication in areas of conflict or confrontation
Know how conscious communication relates to yoga practices and goals with effective kriyas and meditations
Recognize how your personal life is affected by communication and how it impacts social interactions
Know how to coach and counsel people in meaningful conversations to achieve their goals

Classes are recorded for time shifting and viewing missed classes.
The manual for the course is available in printed format or as an EBook.
Small groups meet in breakout rooms online and for 90-days after the course via Zoom.

Kundalini Yoga Teachers: The completion of the Level 2 modules leads to recognition as a 500-hour Yoga Teacher and certification as a Level 2 Kundalini Yoga Practitioner by the Kundalini Research Institute (KRI).
Kundalini Yoga Students: This in-depth program on skill development is open to all students who are practicing and familiar with the basic practices of Kundalini Yoga.
Teacher Trainers
Mehtab and Laura (Guru Karam) Benton are Lead Level 1 and Level 2 Kundalini Yoga Teacher Trainers who have led over 50 Kundalini Yoga Teacher training programs during the last 25 years. They live in Austin, Texas and have taught and practiced yoga together since 1978.
TARA MATTHEWS
Tara is a KRI Kundalini Yoga teacher trainer and the owner of Soul Body Ojai yoga studio and healing center in Ojai, California. She is an accomplished yoga teacher of over 25 years and a Practitioner of Chinese Medicine.
