Your Personal 40-Day Daily Practice
You will design a daily yoga routine by the third weekend of the course that you can practice for 40 days to help you launch your lifelong practice.
Upon completion of these requirements, you will receive a certificate in Kundalini Yoga Self Care Therapy

Mehtab and Laura Benton have trained Kundalini Yoga teachers for 25 years. Both began their practice and training in Kundalini Yoga in 1972 and received awards from the International Kundalini Yoga Teachers Association for “Building Kundalini Yoga Communities” and “Kundalini Yoga Teacher of the Year.” They have owned five yoga studios in Austin, Texas and taught Kundalini Yoga in 15 countries. They are currently continuing their uninterrupted 30-year daily practice of Kundalini Yoga.
Laura is a KRI Level 1 and Level 2 Kundalini Yoga Lead Teacher Trainer. She is an Ayurvedic practitioner with a Master of Science degree in Nursing and background in pain management and hospice care.
Mehtab is a KRI Level 1 and Level 2 Kundalini Yoga Lead Mentoring Teacher Trainer and the creator of Gong Yoga and Gong Therapy. He is a certified Vedic Astrologer and author of Astrology Yoga.

This is a personalized practice-based program to develop your own daily practice of Kundalini Yoga – your Sadhana! And to become your own teacher. What if I miss a class?
All classes are recorded, and you can watch (or re-watch) any time you wish over a period of one year. You do need to watch or attend all classes to receive your certificate.
If you can attend live online, you do have the ability to interact and ask questions in real time.
How much experience do you need to do this training?
For best results, you should have 3-6 months of Kundalini Yoga experience.

Is this like a Level 2 teacher training course?
We have taught all the Level 2 Kundalini Yoga teacher training courses many times, and each offer something unique. The primary difference is this training is about developing a personalized sadhana that changes as you grow.
The course is entirely practice based and teacher independent with a focus on achieving self-mastery.
