This Week:

ALL PLANETARY GONGS!

You will experience the transformational sounds of gongs that are tuned to healing energy of each of the planets through meditation and deep relaxation. And you will learn how each planet can create profound healing on all levels.

Each class focuses on a different individual planet and features the Gong that is tuned to that specific planet’s energies. You will receive a handout for each planet, its role in healing, and a description of the gong that is used in every class.

Over this in-depth series in yoga sound therapy, you will experience the vitality of the Sun Gong, the nurturing of the Moon Gong, the strength of the Mars Gong, the clarity of the Mercury Gong, the expansion of the Jupiter Gong, the bliss of the Venus Gong, and the meditation profundity of the Saturn Gong. We will also use the Earth Gongs to create grounding, security and connection to the realms within and beyond the earthly plane, and then complete this series with a Planetary Gong Concert that uses all seven gongs of the visible planets during meditation and relaxation.

This is a rare opportunity to experience a unique collection of gongs assembled and played by Mehtab, an international gong practitioner, therapist, and author, as well as an accomplished Vedic Astrologer and Kundalini Yoga Trainer.
